Training and Development
Facilitators at Corporate Jester have experience with a wide range of traditional and non-traditional training initiatives.
We have conducted training programs for executives, mid level managers and new employees. We have worked with companies in most marketplaces including profit and not-for-profit and worked with groups as small as 10 and as large as 3000. We also have experience working within the context of sales meetings, corporate events, conferences and retreats.
Our training uses jestership philosophy to uncover blind spots that exist in teams and organizations that keep them from reaching their potential. We can uncover and address blind spots in a wide range of areas: communication, leadership, culture, time management and more. We can also pass on tools and technique that allow teams to do the same for themselves in the future.
